1. Provide an open forum and process to establish standard HR performance metrics and metrics templates.
2. Publish initiatives, developments and findings.
3. Develop and maintain HR Performance Metric Dictionary/Toolkit & other tools.
4. Certify use of standard HR performance metrics and metrics templates.
5. Promote performance measurement.
